I know what you’re thinking. Why would I want tips on my skin care by a man who has admitted to smoking pot and has some pretty anti-american beliefs ? Thankfully, neither of those have anything to do with skin care. And judging from his natural glean, it looks like Josh Howard has hand on what it takes to keep your skin so fresh and clean. Look at how many people have listened to Jessica Simpson and Proactive, Howard can be the face of skin care in the NBA. So with that, I bring you Dallas Mavericks forward, Josh Howard’s tips on how to treat sensitive skin. From Dallas News:

I have sensitive skin, so the products that work best for me are easy on my skin, like the Aloe Gentle Facial Wash ($16 at The Body Shop). But I have to admit, the best treatment is a good night’s sleep and plenty of water.

My favorite scent? Are you kidding me? Cartier Roadster ($80 at Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus). It’s a head-turner. Need I say more? I can’t have my skin looking dry, so I use Kiehl’s Crème de Corps($70 at Kiehl’s) every day.

Nobody likes dry lips. To keep mine kissable, I use Aveeno Essential Moisture Lip Conditioner ($3 at CVS Pharmacy stores).

To keep my cheeks kissable, too, I opt for Aloe Soothing Day Cream ($16 at The Body Shop).

have to keep my skin looking good, so when I shave I use Neutrogena Skin Clearing Shave Cream ($8 at Walgreens stores).I like a clean, smooth look and I don’t like razor bumps, so I use the Gillette Mach 3 Razor Nitro ($18 at CVS Pharmacy stores).Molton Brown Heavenly Gingerlily Moisture Bath and Shower gel ($28 at Bath and Body Works) is perfect for me because I don’t like oily products. And it smells good.I spend a lot of time on my feet, so I treat them well.

After running the court, it’s always nice to have a foot massage, then a little maintenance with Farmhouse Fresh Foot Scrubs in Sugared Maple ($24 at farmhouse freshgoods.com). This stuff smells so good
