What’s With Sly’s Arms ?

We know he is some sort of genetic freak, but what is with Sylvester Stallone’s forearms ? He’s looking like he is the Manchurian Candidate.  Is that what years of abusing steroids does to you ? That amount of veins in one arm is like a wet dream for a Heroin addict. With arms like that, maybe will be lucky enough to get a Rocky 7.
