Turiaf Wins The Lottery

This has to be some sort of a mistake right? Or, Ronny Turiaf must have pictures on Don Nelson. Somehow, someway the Golden State Warriors signed Turiaf to a 4-year 17 Million Dollar contract yesterday. This from a guy, who averaged 6.6 points a game and 3.9 rebounds a game last season. The Lakers have 7 days to match, and I’m guessing I have a better chance of being balls deep in Lacy Chabert than the Lakers matching this offer. This is shades of Rick Pitino signing Travis Knight to a 7-year 22 Million Dollar contract. Man, I would love to be a 7-foot scrub in the NBA. I’d be making a little over 3 Million a year to ride the pine, and banging chunky white-women, who the starters don’t want. Turiaf, can’t even get into clubs in LA, this is how sad this signing is. For God’s sake, Fez can get into these clubs (sidenote: Wilmer is my hero, he has personally taken the virginity of Lindsay Lohan and Mandy Moore). I guess the Warriors just want the modern day Jack Haley or M.L. Carr on their team. It is however, a great day to be Ronny Turiaf. Screw the French!
